Refund Policy

At Frost Buddy US Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This Refund Policy explains your rights and options when returning items purchased from frostbuddyussale.com.


1. Returns Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Have all tags and accessories included


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@frostbuddyussale.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the address to send your item.

  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.

Please do not send your return to us without first contacting our customer service team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

For most returns: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost you paid will be deducted from your refund amount.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. After inspection, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

We'll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank – it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you've done both of these and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@frostbuddyussale.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect, email us at support@frostbuddyussale.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.

If you'd like a different color, size, or style, the fastest way is to return your original item following the process above and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.


8. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@frostbuddyussale.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues promptly so we can make things right.


10. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@frostbuddyussale.com. We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn't already been packed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may follow the return process above after receiving your item.
