Shipping Policy

At Frost Buddy US Sale, we're committed to getting your drinkware to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders from frostbuddyussale.com.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

During peak seasons such as holidays, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We'll notify you if any significant delays occur.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days for all destinations worldwide.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed

  • Actual delivery may vary based on your location, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

We appreciate your patience and understanding if your package takes a little longer than expected due to factors beyond our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email. If your tracking status hasn't changed after several days, feel free to contact us for assistance.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address you provided

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@frostbuddyussale.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will be your responsibility.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Frost Buddy US Sale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided. If you encounter issues with delivery, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the local carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Reach out to us for support – we'll do what we can to assist

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier as they may have additional information.


6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to bring Frost Buddy fun to customers everywhere.

Delivery time: International orders also follow the 6–12 business day estimated delivery timeframe after processing. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond this estimate.

Customs, duties, and taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely by country – please contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs delays: We cannot be held responsible for packages held by customs. If you refuse a package due to customs fees, or if a package is abandoned, you will not receive a refund for the order or original shipping costs.


7. Shipping Confirmation and Communication

We'll keep you informed every step of the way:

  • Order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

  • Delivery updates from the carrier where available

If you don't receive these emails, please check your spam folder and add support@frostbuddyussale.com to your contacts.


8. Returns and Refunds

For information about returns, exchanges, and refunds, please review our separate Refund Policy. This Shipping Policy applies only to outbound shipping from Frost Buddy US Sale to you. Return shipping for eligible items is handled under our Refund Policy.
